The quiz organizer creates the content of the quiz website in the back office of the quiz manager, enters the questions and answers, as well as the content of the courses. He also has access to the data of the quiz participants and their answers.
The quiz organizers logs into the back office of the web app to manage website content, questions, answers, users and settings.
The page management allows you to create and manage content, similar to other websites.
Content can be created from various elements, starting with images, paragraph blocks or mixed elements.
With the building blocks, complete and rich text content can be created for the quiz website. The text editor supports formatting with all common options. An easy-to-understand and Google-relevant short URL address can be defined, as well as a date for publication or expiration of publication. Even a call-to-action button can be defined.
The homepage of the quiz website can also be designed flexibly with content. For a better understanding, the screenshot also shows a preview of the finished page in the front end.
The navigation menu can be created flexibly and at any time.
All quiz participants who have registered appear here. The administrator can also create new users. It is also possible to import users via a CSV file (editable with Excel).
Importing participants makes it possible to include existing customer lists or personal data from mailing lists. This should of course be done in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
It is also possible to export the participants after a quiz event and integrate them into existing databases or to evaluate the data using appropriate tools.
The core part of this application is the management of the quizzes. The organization that is implementing a quiz is entered at the top. A quiz manager can be used for various organizations.
On the details page of an organization, the name can be changed and a description can be added. The corresponding quizzes are also assigned to the organizer.
The "steps" of a quiz correspond to the questions associated with a chapter, or, in the case of a quiz that runs over a period of time, to the question blocks for, for example, a week. In the latter case, each question block is published at an intended time. When using the Quiz Manager for courses, the question blocks correspond to a chapter and are made accessible when the course starts.
Information such as the number of questions and participants is available for each step.
A "step" of the quiz is a chapter or a block of quiz questions. A summary can be created for each step and an image can be inserted.
If a quiz is to be carried out over a longer period of time, a new block of questions can be automatically activated every week, e.g. every Monday. This means that there is regular contact between the organizer's brand and its community at several times and over a longer period of time.
Another advantage of the Quiz & Raffle Manager is the automatic sending of notifications to participants.
In addition to user-related notifications such as registration, password change, etc., the Quiz & Raffle Manager has a number of notifications related to participation in a quiz. New notifications can also be created for this purpose.
