Application of Services

All services relate to the use of ePages online shops (www.epages.com).
 

Orders

Services can be ordered by e -mail or online reservation. In both cases the appointment will be confirmed by Viamodul.
 

Payments

Service orders are paid 40% on ordering, 30% five  calendar days after the project begin and the 30% 60 calendar days after the appointment. Travel and acomodation costs are paid in advance.
 

VAT

All prices are net prices without VAT
 

Travel and acomodation

The prices refer to the provision of services online (by Skype or other online teamworking tools) or in our office in Lisbon (Alfragide). On request, our staff can also come to our customers. The travel and acodomation costs are supported by our customers. Accomodation can be provided by our customer or the corresponding amount calculated and paid in advance on appointment, as well as a fee of € 120 for half a day per employee.

Guarantees

Apply the statutory safeguards of Portugal and Europe . The warranty may be canceled by changes made ​​by customers of our developed code or configurations in the ePages backoffice or changes of the ePages software or browser version. Changes to the presentation of content or design concept are not covered by the warranty.

Cancellation of orders

Orders be canceled up to 5 working days before the appointment. In this case, up to 50% of the payments already made will be refunded. Expenditures for bookings and other purchased or acquired expenses are excluded. Payments are not refunded in case of cancellation during the project and services already executed may be charged by Viamodul.

Online Dispute Resolution in accordance with Article 14, Section 1 ODR-VO

For legal matters, the court in Oeiras (Lisbon / Portugal) is responsible.
